Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro Launched In India: Check Price, Availablity and Specifications

Vivo V29 and V29 Pro were rolled out in India on 4 October, Wednesday. These latest V-series smartphones flaunt refresh rates up to 120Hz and AMOLED displays of 6.78 inches. The V29 Pro smartphone runs on MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC and the Vivo V29 runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. The 29 series by Vivo runs on Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13.

Moreover, they possess a pack of triple rear cameras. These smartphones come as a successor to the Vivo V27 series. Vivo V27 series made its debut in India in March 2023. Both the models come with fast charging support of 80W, battery units of 4,600mAh, and selfie shooters of 50 megapixels.

The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant of V29 Pro is currently available at Rs. 39,999. Moreover, the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration is available at Rs. 42,999. Various color options available are Space Black and Himalayan Blue shades.

On the other hand, the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model of the Vivo V29 is available at Rs. 32,999 and the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 36,999. Various color options in which the same smartphone is available are Space Black, Majestic Red, and Himalayan Blue color options.

Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro Availability in India

These Smartphones are available for pre-booking in India via offline retail partners, Vivo’s online store, and the e-commerce platform, Flipkart. The phones will be made available from 17 October.

V29 Pro comes with dual SIM (nano) and based on Android 13. It features a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,260×2,800 pixels) 3D curved AMOLED display. Moreover, the smartphone offers PWM dimming up to 2160Hz, peak brightness of up to 1,300 nits, and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The phone is backed up by 12GB of RAM, and 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC.

On the optics front, the smartphone flaunts a triple rear camera setup. It offers a primary sensor of 50 megapixels with optical image stabilization support, along with a wide-angle sensor of 8 megapixels and a portrait camera of 12 megapixels. The smartphone supports a 50-megapixel sensor on the front with autofocus. It comes with fast charging of 80W and a 4,600mAh battery.

Vivo V29 Specifications

The Vivo V29 flaunts almost similar features and specifications as that of the phone. It possesses 256GB of storage, along with 12GB of RAM, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. On the optics front, the phone supports a triple rear camera unit.
