As per the Hindu panchang, this year the Amavasya Tithi of Sawan Hariyali Amavasya will start from 09:12 pm on 27 July and will remain till 11:25 pm on 28 July. Because in Hinduism the change of every tithi is accepted with sunrise, this year Sawan Hariyali Amavasya will be observed on 28 July.
