Mumbai, Feb 17 (IANS) Actor Karan Wahi is all set to show his intense side in the upcoming television show ‘Raisinghani Vs Raisinghani’. Known for his portrayal of lover boys on screen, Wahi will be seen as the ambitious and charming lawyer Virat Chadhary in the courtroom drama. This marks a departure from his previous roles, and Wahi is excited to take on the challenge.
“I have often portrayed a lover boy on screen, but playing Virat is a refreshing change for me. He is a dynamic ambitious man who wants to prove himself out there,” said Wahi about his new role. The actor, known for his work in shows such as ‘Remix’, ‘Dill Mill Gaye’, ‘Kasamh Se’ and ‘Kuch Toh Log Kahenge’, agrees that this character is complex, but he is thoroughly enjoying the challenge.
Wahi added that Virat is very clear about what he wants and creates dreams instead of chasing them. The role has many layers, and Wahi is relishing the opportunity to portray Virat on screen. “From being a carefree chocolate boy on screen to playing a fiery role like Virat, it feels amazing!” he concluded.
