The crowd outside Nair’s house cheered and celebrated with fireworks as his parents, who were at the VSSC centre to listen to PM Modi, couldn’t contain their joy. Nair’s humble nature and dedication were praised by his long-time neighbor, who shared fond memories of him.

Nair’s stellar career in the Air Force, including receiving the ‘Sword of Honor’ as the best outgoing cadet, has been a source of pride for his hometown. Plans are already in motion for a grand reception to honor Nair when he visits his hometown after completing his professional duties.
