Centre allocates Rs 127 crore to establish 12 educational institutes in Karnataka

The Ministry of Minority Affairs has recently allocated Rs. 127.23 crore for setting up 12 educational institutes in Karnataka, providing facilities to 4200 students, with a majority from the minority population, in line with the Prime Minister’s vision of ‘Viksit Bharat-Samridh Bharat’.

The step aims to promote education and create a conducive environment for students, contributing to national development and supporting the NEP 2020. These institutes are seen as community assets that will aid in the holistic intellectual stimulation of students, ensuring their overall development.

The Ministry’s decision to invest in educational infrastructure in Karnataka reflects its commitment to providing quality education opportunities for all students, especially those from minority backgrounds.
