Indian cricketer Shreyas Iyer makes investment in healthtech startup Curelo

New Delhi, April 4 (IANS) Homegrown healthtech startup, Curelo, has received a boost with a strategic investment from Indian cricketer Shreyas Iyer. The round consists of Rs 10 crore, with investments from IIMA Ventures, Tarun Katial, and family offices in the US.

Dr Arpit Jayswal, Curelo’s Founder and CEO, stated, “We are delighted to welcome Shreyas Iyer as an investor in Curelo. This collaboration positions us as a trusted brand with accelerated growth and reinforces our commitment to serving the evolving needs of our users.”

Established in 2022, Curelo connects patients with diagnostic labs, offering at-home blood sample collection and timely reports. Iyer shared, “I firmly believe that health and fitness should constitute a key part in everyone’s daily routine which resonates with Curelo’s commitment to provide accessible and efficient services.”

Curelo expressed gratitude for the recent investments, highlighting the milestone it marks for the platform in the competitive Indian healthcare market. The funds will aid in expanding Curelo’s footprint, standardizing unorganized labs, and acquiring 300% more patients in the upcoming year, the company added.
