Anushka Sen’s Character in ‘Dil Dosti Dilemma’ Fakes Being in Canada, Actually at Grandpa’s House

Mumbai, April 12 (IANS): The upcoming streaming show ‘Dil Dosti Dilemma’ revolves around Asmara, a girl who pretends to be in Canada while spending her summer vacations in her grandparents’ neighbourhood. Adapted from the book ‘Asmara’s Summer’, the show explores themes of self-discovery, family, friendship, and first love.

Directed by Debbie Rao and written by a team of talented writers, the show features Anushka Sen, Kush Jotwani, Tanvi Azmi, and Shishir Sharma in lead roles. Additionally, Shruti Seth, Vishakha Pandey, Revathi Pillai, Elisha Mayor, and Suhasini Mulay play pivotal roles in the series.

Producers Seema Mohapatra and Jahanara Bhargava expressed their excitement about the collaboration with Prime Video, stating, ” ’Dil Dosti Dilemma’ holds a special place in our hearts. The show aims to entertain and inspire individuals to advocate for change and embrace universal themes of self-discovery and relationships. ‘Dil Dosti Dilemma’ will premiere in Hindi, with dubs available in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, exclusively on Prime Video on April 25.
