West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has suffered severe injuries to the ankles and leg bones of her left foot and her right shoulder, arm, and throat. This information was given by a senior doctor of the Government SSKM Hospital after an initial medical examination on Wednesday night.

The doctor said that the doctors of the hospital have decided to monitor Banerjee’s health for the next 48 hours. He had complained of chest pain and shortness of breath after an alleged attack in the evening in Nandigram in East Medinipur district. He informed that the Trinamool Congress chief has mild fever and has been sent to a special ward in the VVIP Woodburn block of the hospital soon after an MRI at the Bangur Neuropsychology Institute.

A doctor in the team of doctors treating Banerjee said, “We will keep an eye on him for the next 48 hours.” He will be further examined and we will decide on further treatment only after the report is assessed. ”The doctors did an X-ray of the Mamata as soon as he was brought to the hospital on Wednesday night from Nandigram in East Medinipur district.

He is undergoing treatment at the 12.5 Special Cabin in the Woodburn block of SSKM Hospital. A team of five doctors has been formed for the treatment of Banerjee in a government hospital. The team of doctors includes a cardiologist, an endocrinologist, a general surgeon, an orthopedic specialist and a medicine doctor.

She fell to the ground due to unknown miscreants allegedly pushing her while campaigning for the assembly elections in Nandigram, causing injuries to her legs and back. Earlier, Banerjee had filed her nomination from Nandigram seat.
