He has also shared the photo of the CBI notice with his Twitter handle and said that we are not the ones who can be bowed.

In the CBI notice shared by TMC MP Banerjee on Twitter, it has been written for his wife that he should be present at home because he has to be questioned about the case. Abhishek Banerjee wrote with this notice,

“At two o’clock this afternoon, a CBI notice came in my wife’s name. But we have full faith in the law. However, if they feel that they can use these methods to intimidate and threaten us, then they are wrong. We are not those who can be bowed down at any time. “

What is the whole matter?

Explain that the CBI had registered a case of illegal theft of coal in November last year. The agency had registered a case against coal mafia kingpin Anoop Majhi alias Lala and other unknown people. In this case, it is alleged that coal smugglers used to pay money directly to TMC leaders. This money was routed through the youth leader of the party, Vinay Mishra. Vinay Mishra is currently absconding in this case. The CBI has also issued a non-bailable warrant against Mishra in this case.

On November 28 last year, the CBI raided 45 locations in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh. The CBI team conducted searches at 13 locations in four districts of West Bengal including the premises of Jaidev Mandal on Friday.
