Actor Arvind Trivedi, who played the role of Ravana in the popular TV serial Ramayana, has passed away on 05 October. He breathed his last at the age of 82. Trivedi played the role of Ravana in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana, which was well-liked.

According to the information, the last rites of Arvind Trivedi will be held today (Wednesday) morning at Dahanukarwadi crematorium in Mumbai. He had been ill for a long time but died last night due to a heart attack. The death of Arvind Trivedi has also been confirmed by his nephew Kaustubh Trivedi. Many more characters of Arvind Trivedi, who performed brilliantly in ‘Ramayana’, were also highly appreciated. He also worked in the TV serial ‘Vikram Aur Betaal’. This show also dominated the small screen for a long time.

Arvind Trivedi was born in the city of Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. He started his career with Gujarati theatre. His brother Upendra Trivedi has also been a well-known name of Gujarati cinema and has acted in Gujarati films. Arvind Trivedi gained recognition among Gujarati audiences through the Gujarati language religious and social films, where he contributed for 40 years. He had also received many awards for his brilliant acting.
