Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband detained by NCB for questioning, know what is the reason

Mumbai: Anti-drug investigation agency Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) conducted a raid at the Mumbai residence of famous comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachia on Saturday morning. After the raid, the NCB has taken both of them to the office for questioning. During the raids, the NCB has recovered “a very small amount of Cannabis” from Bharti Singh’s house. NCB took Bharti Singh’s husband Harsh in his car while Bharti Singh reached the NCB office in a red Mercedes behind. Bharti and Harsh were brought to the NCB office. Bharti says that she has only been called for questioning.

According to the news agency ANI, Sameer Wankhede, the zonal director of NCB Mumbai, said that both she and her husband have been detained by the NCB for questioning about the narcotics.

“Singh’s name came up during interrogation of a drug peddler and a” small amount of cannabis “was found on his house search. The official said that the NCB had two in Mumbai. Raided at other places also.

According to NCB sources, Bharti Singh and her husband are accused of taking banned drugs. This raid has been taken at a time when NCB is expanding the scope of its investigation regarding the alleged use of drugs in the film and entertainment industry. This investigation began with the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

Earlier this month, NCB raided the house of actor Arjun Rampal and summoned him and his girlfriend, Gabriella Demetrius, for questioning. Arjun Rampal’s living partner, Gabriella, was questioned for 6-6 hours continuously for 2 days while Arjun Rampal himself was questioned for 6 hours last week. The NCB has already arrested Gabriela’s brother Aegis.
