However, this road was opened a few days ago by the police administration and people going from Delhi to Ghaziabad-Meerut could go from here. But the farmers blocked the National Highway i.e. Delhi-Meerut Express Way in the morning, due to which the CISF, Delhi Police and Paramilitary Forces personnel were seen stationed on the highway.

In addition to the barricades, water canon trains have also been installed by the police administration on the highway. Actually, this Bharat Bandh will be done from 6 am to 6 pm. All shops, malls, markets and institutions will remain closed under Purna Bharat Bandh.
