Though, Hilary made her acting debut in 1992 with a short appearance in the supernatural drama television series “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, she gained notoriety in the same year for her outstanding acting in the television sitcom “Camp Wilder”.

She has also acted in a handful of science fiction movies and one of the most famous and recent ones is, “Away” and her upcoming TV series “Alaska Daily” is in shooting currently.

She has earned two Best Actress Oscars for performances seen as unusually challenging and brave in the films “Boys Don’t Cry” and “Million Dollar Baby”.
