Infogain has offices in Singapore, the UK, Texas, Washington, and California. The company also has delivery centers in Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune, Bengaluru, Noida, Krakow, Montevideo, and Seattle.

‘No more layoffs’ stated Infogain COO

The chief operating officer of the IT firm said that the company will continue to grow with its strategy and business blueprint. There will be no more layoffs the COO assured. The company will recruit more than 1000 people and 80% of them will be recruited from India alone. The current headcount of Infogain globally is 6000. However, 5000 of them are from India alone.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the company realized the significance of digital transformation and digitization. Focusing more on digital transformation also helps customers to grow and spend.

The COO, Dayapatra Nevatia added, “A quarter back there was a huge amount of uncertainty, but now I think the risk of things falling off the cliff is not there. Of course, the uncertainty continues. Customers, however, continue to spend money on digital transformation and so the impact is minimal.”

The expansion of India will not cease, but rather continue. The company is also examining some more potential centers which can act as satellite locations as well. The decisions will be finalized by the end of the second quarter of the financial year 2024.
