During a rally in Hooghly, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said that Bengal would be ruled by Bengal. Gujarat will not rule over Bengal. Mamta Banerjee further said that Modi will not rule over West Bengal. Goons and crooks will not rule Bengal.
