“Metro Man Sreedharan will be BJP’s CM candidate in Kerala

Metro man E. Sreedharan will be the Bharatiya Janata Party’s chief ministerial candidate for the upcoming assembly elections in Kerala. This information has been given by Kerala BJP chief Surendran. Metroman joined BJP on 26 February.

Sreedharan gained popularity not only in Kerala but across the country for his work and gained respect beyond political lines. Elattuvavalapil Sreedharan is credited with changing the face of personal transport in India with his leadership in the construction of the Konkan Railway and the Delhi Metro. He served as the Managing Director of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. He later contributed significantly to several other metro projects in major cities.
