Mobikwik Data Leak: Cyber ​​security researcher Rajshekhar Rajaharia has claimed that the data of 10 crore users of the mobile payment platform Mobikwik has been put on a hacker forum for sale. Questions have been raised on Mobikwik since this claim.

The data is claimed to have been leaked by a hacker group named ‘Ninja_Storm’ and these groups have been selling the leaked data online since 26 March. According to a post by Hacker Group, the data is being sold for 1.5 bitcoins (about 63 lakh rupees).

Researcher said about (Mobikwik Data Leak) that the data of 10 crore Indians has been leaked from a server of Mobikwik. This data includes KYC forms, debit card numbers and other personal information. After this claim, many users saw and verified their leaked data on the dark web by themselves.

Since the claim of cyber security researcher Rajshekhar Rajaharia, lakhs of users have shared screenshots of their data leaking on Twitter. Cyber security researcher Elliot Laderson called it the ‘biggest KYC data leak in history’.

The size of this data shared on the dark net is around 350GB.

Mobikwik refused the claim

In the beginning of February, Rajaharia’s attention went to this alleged data leak and he contacted the company. Rajaharia said on Twitter about “Mobikwik Data Leak”
