National Education Policy: The new National Education Policy (NEP) will create new opportunities for students in the domain of higher education, furthermore, they’ll pursue education with larger flexibility in a seamless studying-setting, stated Professor Najma Akhtar, Jamia Millia Islamia Vice-Chancellor.

‘The NEP will create new opportunities for students in the domain of higher education. They will pursue education with larger flexibility in a seamless studying setting. They will enter, exit and re-enter as per their comfort and profession decisions,” stated Akhtar.

“The NEP is groundbreaking! The higher education in India will now be holistic and multidisciplinary with a shared concentrate on Science, Arts and Humanities,” she added.

She continued saying {that a} single regulator for all higher academic establishments is a superb thought as it’ll bring coherence of strategy and goal.

“It’s going to notice the imaginative and prescient of education in India,’ she added.

“The concentrate on the use of new applied sciences in the NEP will ramp up digital studying in India. The MHRD has already created a basis by SWAYAM- the Huge Open On-line Course platform- for the development of dynamic verticals,” she added.

The Union Cupboard chaired by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi authorised the National Education Policy 2021 on Wednesday which goals to bring about two crore out of faculty kids into the mainstream.

It says that no language might be imposed on any pupil and several other international languages may even be provided on the secondary stage.
