Punjab Election Result 2022: AAP sweeps Punjab with the majority at 92 seats, Raghav Chadha says – ‘Now the whole system will change’

The answer to who will be the next “Sardar” of Punjab is almost clear. The voting started at 8 am today and the Aam Aadmi Party is heading towards a clean sweep in the heart of India’s Sikh community. Not only this, but veterans like the current CM Channi has lost his both seats.

AAP heading for a clean sweep in Punjab

According to official trends for all 117 seats in Punjab – AAP is leading in 92 seats, Congress in 18 seats, and BJP leading in 2 seats.

Amidst the counting, Raghav Chadha of Aam Aadmi Party told Aaj Tak, “We were saying from the beginning that Aam Aadmi Party would form the government with a majority. The people of Punjab have embraced the team of Bhagwant Mann and Kejriwal because they want politics that is for Punjab.”

“Congress leaders are decorating their palaces by taking money out of people’s pockets. Today every brick installed in their palaces is a brick of common man’s blood and sweat, this whole system has to be changed. Today is a very big day in the history of India. Yes, in the coming days, AAP will become the replacement of Congress.” He added.

Earlier, Aam Aadmi Party’s government had been predicted in the exit poll of Aaj Tak-axis my India. But at the same time, other exit polls said that AAP would have a tough fight from Congress.
