The design of the proposed mosque has been released after the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. It will be constructed on five acres of land in Dhannipur village near Ayodhya, which will also have a hospital. The design of the grand mosque has been designed by the architect Prof. SM Akhtar of Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI). This information was given by the Trust Indo-Islamic Cultural Foundation of the mosque.

Trust’s secretary Athar Hussain said that the name of the mosque has not been decided yet. It will not be named after any emperor or king. While presenting the design, the designs of many famous mosques around the world were shown. According to the design, the dome of the proposed mosque will be of glass, which the Trust has said that this design has been designed keeping in mind the modern architecture of mosques around the world.

According to Akhtar, 2000 people will be able to perform namaz at a time in this mosque. Also, this mosque will be bigger and completely different from the old Babri Masjid. In addition to the mosque and hospital, it will also have a public restaurant and library, while the mosque will be fully equipped with solar power. After finalizing the design, the trust will now be able to pass its map. Then construction work will be started. However, the date of laying the foundation of the mosque has not been decided yet.

Let me tell that in August this year, Bhoomi Pujan was done for the construction of Ram temple. PM Modi also reached Ayodhya at the event and he also laid a silver brick as the foundation.
