Actor Karan Mehra, who played the role of Naitik in the popular serial “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai“, has been arrested by the Mumbai Police, today. Karan is accused of assaulting his wife. His wife Nisha Rawal has said in her complaint that Karan Mehra has beaten her. Karan Mehra has been arrested under sections 336, 337, 332, 504, 506 at Goregaon Police Station.

Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal’s married life is not going well for some time now. According to Mumbai Police sources, Nisha Rawal has filed a police complaint against Karan in the Goregaon area on the night of Monday 31 May. A case has been registered soon after and Karan Mehra has been taken into custody immediately. The police will present them in court today.
