10 new women colleges to be opened in Haryana – education

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has authorised opening of 10 new women colleges in Haryana, an official stated on Saturday.

Khattar will lay the muse stone of the 10 colleges by means of video conferencing on Raksha Bandhan on Monday, the spokesperson stated.

The colleges are at Morni in Panchkula district, Isharwal in Bhiwani, Goriwala in Sirsa, Firozepur Jhirka in Nuh, Chhatar in Jind, Ladana Chaku in Kaithal, Pratap Nagar in Yamunanagar, Agroha in Hisar and Bhainswal Kalan and Baroda in Sonipat.

These colleges will be began from the makeshift constructing of the federal government senior secondary faculties from the upcoming educational session and admissions may even be finished, the official stated.

Education Minister Kanwar Pal stated it was the highest precedence of the federal government to encourage increased education in the state.

After mapping all of the colleges of the state, it was determined that not less than one authorities school will be opened inside a radius of 20 km, he stated.

The variety of colleges in the state will enhance to 350 with the 10 new women colleges, the minister stated.
