Billie Eilish is feeling more and more comfortable showing off the tattoos she previously said her fans would never see. Even though the lead singer of “Bad Guy” wasn’t first at ease showing off her tattoos in public, she has been steadily collecting ink over the past few years.
The actress, who had just turned 18 at the time, revealed to Vanity Fair in 2020 that she had finally gotten her first tattoo, but she vowed to cover it up with her trademark baggy clothing. Well, times have changed now, she has gained more confidence and shows her tattoos off on social media to the public.

1. Dragon
The enormous dragon tattoo that protrudes from Eilish’s right thigh was once referred to as a “big boy,” and the legendary animal is really extremely massive. The first time she revealed the tail of the tattoo was during her lingerie-clad photoshoot for British Vogue in May 2021, albeit she had never shown the complete tattoo at once. She dropped another hint about it at the Met Gala in 2021, and in May 2023, a sexy Instagram selfie revealed the dragon’s head.
2. ‘Eilish’
She has her last name tattooed on her chest with a goth font. When asked about it, she said, “Yes I love myself” which explains the reason behind getting your own name tattooed.
3. Fairies
During the “No Time to Die” launch in September 2021, Eilish unveiled this enchanted pattern on her left hand. “They’re like my little guardian angel fairies,” is what she said about the tattoos on her hand. The following year, in an interview with Vanity Fair, she referred to the tattoo as her “little guardian angel fairies,” explaining that the figures are “from a book that I had growing up – a tiny fairy book named “Fairyopolis.”
4. Dragon
From the back of her neck to the bottom of her back, a black ink tattoo with an intangible science fiction-inspired design is visible. This fashion has become more common and has been seen in stars like Grimes. The enormous back tattoo is only the most recent addition to Eilish’s expanding collection of body art.
