WATCH VIDEO: ‘Succession’ Actor Alan Ruck Involved In A Fatal Car Accident, Crashes Truck Into L.A Pizza Shop

Renowned actor Alan Ruck, best known for roles in “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” and “Succession,” was recently the subject of a police investigation after his electric pickup truck smashed into two cars on Halloween night and then into a Hollywood pizza business.

The incident, which happened at around 9 p.m. near the busy intersection of La Brea Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard, which is located on the western border of Hollywood’s famed Walk of Fame, was first reported by TMZ.

Alan Ruck’s Rivian is seen on surveillance footage that KTLA was able to obtain rear-ending a car that was stalled at a traffic light, then slamming into another vehicle and going through a wall at Raffallo’s Pizza.

Two more cars were left in the middle of the junction by the crash. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, a 32-year-old male was sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The structure of the building was damaged. The accident’s cause is still being investigated. A yellow sticker was placed on the pizza store, suggesting that its owners won’t be able to operate for some time.

“The whole building shook and I thought a bomb or something had exploded,” said Tim, who reported owning a couple of restaurants near the crash spot. Tim went to help Ruck after the crash and asked whether he was okay or not. To that, Ruck was more worried about who he hit and suspected that he ran over someone with his car.

Investigations are still on regarding the fatal crash. The police and special wings are on it to bring the entire issue to the public eye, fair and square.

With a long and illustrious acting career, Alan Ruck has been nominated for an Emmy in 2023 for his portrayal of Connor Roy in the hit HBO series “Succession” in the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series category.
