Top Must-Watch OTT Shows This Week: “Maamla Legal Hai”, “Maharani Season 3”, and “Sunflower Season 2”

New Delhi, Feb 29 (IANS) The first week of March has a diverse array of shows and films releasing on OTT platforms, ranging from courtroom comedy to political drama, crime comedy, and travel food documentary. Five titles have captured the attention of IANS.

‘Ravi Kishan-starrer gavel-slamming courtroom comedy, ‘Maamla Legal Hai’, promises a delightful blend of humour, heart, and legal jargon. The series explores the surreal world of law through eccentric lawyers representing bizarre cases and odd clients. ‘Maamla Legal Hai’ will premiere on March 1 on Netflix.

‘Sunil Grover-starrer second season of the crime comedy, ‘Sunflower 2’, offers a tantalising glimpse into the intriguing world of Sunflower, a middle-class housing society in Mumbai. Directed by Navin Gujral, it will air on March 1 on ZEE5.

‘Huma Qureshi-starrer ‘Maharani’ season three showcases tectonic shifts in the political landscapes of Bihar. Inspired by real events in Bihar in the 1990s, Huma plays Rani, the wife of Bihar’s Chief Minister. ‘Maharani 3’ will be available to stream from March 7 on Sony LIV.

American TV travel documentary series ‘Somebody Feed Phil’ season 7, presented by Philip Rosenthal, will see Phil traveling to various cities around the world to explore their food scene. The eight episodes will be released on March 1 on Netflix.

Directed by Johan Renck, science fiction drama ‘Spaceman’ stars Adam Sandler as Jakub, an astronaut on a mission to the edge of the solar system. Carey Mulligan, Kunal Nayyar, Isabella Rossellini, and Paul Dano also play pivotal roles. ‘Spaceman’ will stream from March 1 on Netflix.
