Los Angeles, March 24 (IANS) – Renowned filmmaker Ron Howard, known for classics like ‘Cocoon’ and ‘Backdraft’, revealed that he avoids watching his own hit movies. The veteran actor-turned-director has delivered major blockbusters like ‘Splash’, ‘Cocoon’, ‘Backdraft’, and ‘Apollo 13’.
In a recent interview with People, Howard confessed, “Frankly, I don’t go back and watch my movies, so it’s been a long time since I’ve seen ‘Splash’.” He reminisced about the filming experience of ‘Splash’ in 1984, describing it as a joyful and lighthearted journey.
Howard’s illustrious career began in acting with iconic roles in shows like ‘The Andy Griffith Show’ and ‘Happy Days’. Transitioning into the director’s role, he continued to create masterpieces such as ‘A Beautiful Mind’ and ‘Backdraft’ with a stellar cast.
