Adi Shankaracharya was a great philosopher and preacher of India. He provided a solid foundation to Advaita Vedanta. His commentaries on Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and Vedantasutras are very famous. According to the Hindu calendar, Guru Shankaracharya was born on the fifth day of Shukla Paksha of Vaishakh month. Shankaracharya, also known as Adi Shankaracharya, was an incarnation of Lord Shiva. He interpreted and reinterpreted Hindu scriptures such as the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, and the primary principles of the Brahmasutras. According to amarujala.com, Adi Guru Shankaracharya was born to a Namboodiri Brahmin in the state of Kerala, South India. His father died a few years after his birth. It is believed that Guru Shankaracharya had mastered the Vedas at a very young age by memorizing them. Shankaracharya had acquired mastery over all the Vedas and more than six Vedanta from the local Gurukul. With the passage of time, this knowledge became immeasurable and you yourself conveyed this knowledge in many ways, such as through the medium of preaching, establishing different monasteries, writing texts, and sending many messages to the people. In 820 AD, you had gone to the world of God, that is, you blessed him by spending only thirty-two years with this world.

At an early age, he had complete knowledge of the Vedas and studied the scriptures at the age of 12. At the age of 16, he had composed more than 100 texts. Later, on the orders of his mother, he had assumed disinterest. Adi Shankaracharya Jayanti, using languages like Hindi, and Sanskrit, transmitted more than ten Upanishads, many scriptures, editions of the Gita, and many sermons, written and oral, to the people.
