Bookings now open for the Ducati DesertX Rally, a rugged and adrenaline-pumping upgrade to the traditional ADV experience.

Ducati DesertX Rally is all set to make its mark in the Indian market with its powerful 937 cc Testastretta engine that churns out 108 bhp and 92 Nm of torque. The motorcycle, a more hardcore version of the DesertX adventure tourer, is now open for bookings in India. It is expected to hit the Indian roads soon with a higher price tag than its standard counterpart.

The Ducati DesertX Rally features a 21-inch front rim and 18-inch rear, making it the first from the brand to sport these specs. With increased suspension travel, fresh new livery, and a beak-like design on the front mudguard, the motorcycle is built to take on any terrain. The rear wheel travel has been boosted by 20 mm, while the front sees a 20 mm increase as well. The new central-spoked wheels offer better impact absorption compared to standard alloy wheels.

Notably, the DesertX Rally is equipped with a forged carbon sump guard, machined gear pedals, and rear brake lever. Despite these additions, the Rally version is just 1 kg heavier than the standard DesertX. The motorcycle is powered by a robust 937 cc Ducati Testastretta 11° twin-cylinder engine that ensures a thrilling ride with 108 bhp at 9,250 rpm and 92 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.

Offering six riding modes including Sport, Touring, Urban, Wet, Enduro, and Rally, the DesertX Rally is equipped with advanced features like Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC), and Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC). The 5-inch color TFT screen with Ducati Multimedia System enables seamless smartphone connectivity for music control, call management, and optional Turn by Turn navigation. Riders can expect an immersive and tech-rich experience with this adventurous beast on two wheels to conquer the roads.
