Gokul Election Result: The long-awaited Gokul Dudh Sangh elections will be held today. Who has power over Gokul Dudh Sangh? Kolhapur’s Guardian Minister-Congress leader Satej Patil and former MLA Mahadevrao Mahadik, former MP-BJP leader Dhananjay Mahadik’s group have once again come face to face on the occasion of Gokul elections.

There are 45 candidates in the fray for 21 seats in Gokul Dudhsangh. There were 3650 eligible members for this election but unfortunately, three of them died. A curfew will be imposed in the Kolhapur district on the backdrop of counting of votes. The counting of votes will start in the morning and the voters will be informed by noon.

Rajarshi Shahu Parivartan of Guardian Minister Satej Patil, Rural Development Minister Hasan Mushrif, and MP Sanjay Mandlik has challenged the ruling MLA PN Patil, former MLA Mahadevrao Mahadik’s Rajarshi Shahu Alliance in this election.

Gokul Election Result: How did Gokul’s politics turn out?

Guardian Minister Satej Patil, who has been taking a stand against the ruling Mahadik group for the last five years through the Gokul Bachao Samiti, is well prepared for the elections. Satej Patil announced the Rajarshi Shahu Shetkari Aghadi, bringing together veteran leaders from the district, including Rural Development Minister Hasan Mushrif, Minister of State for Health Rajendra Patil-Yadravkar and MP Sanjay Mandlik. But in just four days, it split. After a meeting with MLA PN Patil and former MLA Mahadevrao Mahadik, former MLA Satyajit Patil Sarudkar announced his decision to leave the alliance. Sarudukar clarified that Gokul will stay with the ruling party in the elections.
