  • Pregnant women should not come out of the house during the eclipse period. It is believed that the shadow of the eclipse can harm the skin of the unborn child.
  • Pregnant women should not use sharp or sharp objects such as knives, knives, scissors, pins and needles during the eclipse. Their use can cause deformities in the child’s body.

Do not touch the deities

According to Hinduism, one should not touch the deities at the time of the eclipse. Tulsi tree, Shammi tree should never be touched during an eclipse. After the eclipse, all those plants should be purified by sprinkling Ganges water on them.
