Due to commercialization, builders started developing the area and around her house and wanted her house too but she refused. IN 2008, she passed away leaving the home to Barry Martin, the senior superintendent of construction and also her close friend. The famous movie ‘Up’ is based on her story. 

6. Hat ‘n’ Boots

The famous attraction is based on the Oxbow Road showcasing 22 ft high boots and a 44 ft wide cowboy hat. Basically, the place was made to host offices, gas stations and washrooms. Because of its unique theme, it attracts hundreds of tourists every year. Famous singer Elvis Presley once stopped at the place during his Seattle World Fair in 1962.

7. The Teapot Dome

The iconic teapot dome was made in 1922 in Zillah. Later, the pump, teapot, and outhouse relocated to their current location. A funky place to hang out with family and friends.
