Milind Soman in disputes: A case was filed against a model in charge of spreading obscenity between Goa and running without clothes.

A case has been registered at Goa’s Con Kon police station against actor and model Milind Soman, who ran without his clothes on the beach of Goa on his birthday on 4 November. He has been accused of spreading obscenity in a public place. This picture of him was clicked by his wife Ankita Kunwar.

Earlier on Thursday, actress Poonam Pandey was arrested for allegedly indecent photoshoot on a restricted area. A case has been registered against Milind in sections 294 (obscenity in public place) of the IPC and section 67 of the IT Act (alleging objectionable posting on social media). There is a provision of punishment from 3 months to one year. Today, Milind can be summoned for questioning.

Goa Security Forum has lodged a complaint
The Goa Suraksha Manch, a regional political party in Goa, has now filed a complaint against the actor at the Vasco police station, alleging that his nude photograph uploaded on Milind Soman social media page was insulting the image and culture of Goa is. On November 4, Soman shared a picture of nude running on Goa Beach on his social media platform.

He wrote it giving the caption, Happy Birthday to Me…

Trolls hit target
Trolls and memes became active on seeing the photo and made Milind more than one meme as a gift. Some shared photos of nude photo sessions during his modeling days, while others made undergarments. However, this extra-ordinary couple did not worry about these memors and trollers as usual. They are both enjoying a special day.
