In this program, which is going to start in Bangladesh on Wednesday, Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen said about the ten-day ceremony that this is a historic event for Bangladesh, because never before have heads of five countries come here in a ten-day time period. . Momen further said, “The present time is not very favorable, yet the heads of the neighboring countries and the government representatives there are coming here to pay tribute to our Father of the Nation.” During his visit to Dhaka, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not only talk to his Bangladesh counterpart Sheikh Hasina and will also visit three places around Dhaka.

Foreign Secretary Masood bin Momen gave information about the work

Bangladesh Foreign Minister informed that three agreements are expected to be signed between the two countries. However these agreements have not been finalized. Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Masood bin Momen said the two countries could have agreements in the area of ​​disaster management and cooperation. He further said that we are working on the agreements right now.

As per the schedule, the heads of all countries will visit the National Memorial at Savar to pay tribute to those who sacrificed their lives in Bangladesh’s independence. He will also visit the Bangabandhu Museum, be part of the military parade and attend the banquet. Momen said that Chinese President Xi Chinfing, French President Emmanuel Macron, Prime Minister of Japan Yoshihide Suga and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and some high-level leaders from various countries will send their video messages on the occasion.

PM Modi will visit the Hindu temple

It is known that on the second day of his visit to Bangladesh, PM Modi will visit Hindu temples in Orkandi of Satkhira and Gopalganj. Apart from this, he will also visit the tomb of Tungiyapara of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Both these temples are places of worship, especially of the Hindu Matua community. A large number of Matua people live in West Bengal.
