The SSC and the HSC examination were held on March 28. Students who have obtained at least Grade D will be considered to be qualified in the examination and will be able to get admission to the next level of their academic career. Candidates who receive an ‘E1’ or ‘E2’ grade in the subjects will have to improve their performances through supplementary or compartment exams.

The GSEB Class 10 and Class 12 exams were cancelled in 2021 due to COVID-19 pandemic. Last year all students who appeared in the HSC and SSC examination were deemed pass. In 2020, a total of 60.64 per cent students had cleared the Gujarat Class 10 board exams.
