IOCL Recruitment 2023: 65+ Seats For Non-Executive Posts in West Bengal, and Gujarat! Apply Here!

IOCL or the Indian Oil Corporation Limited has officially released the notification for inviting applications for recruitment of Junior Engineering Assistant (JEA) posts. The total vacancies available are 65. Moreover, the job location will be based on Haldia in West Bengal and Vadodara in Gujrat refineries. Interested and eligible candidates are requested to apply for the job position on or before May 30 at 5.00 PM. The application can be filled up via iocl.com, IOCL’s official website.

The Gujarat Refinery/Petrochemical Units of IOCL has a vacant seat for 54 Junior Engineering Assistant positions. However, the West Bengal Refinery/Petrochemical Units has 11 posts for the same.

IOCL Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

The examination will be carried out in two phases. The first phase of the examination will be a written test. However, the second phase is an SPPT or Skills/Proficiency/Physical test. Furthermore, the SPPT is only qualifying. The candidates are expected to secure 40% marks in the phase 1 examination or the written test to be qualified for further procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligible candidates are the ones who have attained the age of 18 years and are not beyond 26 years. The date of measurement of age is said to be on April 30, 2023. Candidates from reserved categories like SC and ST have age relaxation as well. The official notification comprises education qualifications, pay scale, and experience requirements.

IOCL Recruitment 2023: Application Fee

Through SBI e-collect only, candidates appearing for this examination from any category like general/OBC/EWS have to pay a minimum amount of ₹150 as an application fee, which is non-refundable in nature.
