He was born on the day of the lightning storm. I know quite intriguing. The man whose most of his research revolves around electricity arrived on Earth in a lightning storm. As per the testimony of residents near his house, he had an ‘earthquake machine’ which he used to shake the entire area. One time, he even used the machine to scare Mark Twain. He made him stand on the platform and scared him to death.
One of the most peculiar facts about him is that he hated pearls. He even disliked the ladies who wear pearl necklaces. One time, his secretary came to his office wearing a pearl necklace. He sent her home and instructed her to come without pearls.
