E-GRAM SWARAJ App Download from here, PM Narendra Modi launched for Gram Panchayats

New Delhi: The Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi launched the e-gram swaraj portal and mobile application while addressing the representatives of Panchayats online on the occasion of Panchayat Raj Day (24 April 2021).

To strengthen e-Governance in Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) across the country, Ministry of Panchayati Raj (MoPR) has launched eGramSwaraj, a user friendly web-based portal. eGramSwaraj aims to bring in better transparency in the decentralised planning, progress reporting and work-based accounting.

All information related to rural areas of India will be found together in the e-Gram Swaraj website and mobile application launched by the Ministry of Panchayat Raj, Government of India. A state-of-the-art dashboard will be provided here, including the profile of gram panchayats, planning, budgeting, and accounting for the development of gram panchayats
