Girl student jumps in front of Bihar Deputy CM's car in Patna

In a dramatic incident in Patna, a girl student jumped in front of the car of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Friday evening. The driver managed to stop in time, preventing any mishap near Biscomaun Bhawan.

The girl was protesting along with other students against the state government’s decision not to allow STET appearing candidates to fill application forms for the third phase of teachers recruitment. The protest took place outside Biscomaun Bhawan, where the Deputy Chief Minister was attending an event. The girl student took a drastic step by jumping in front of Choudhary’s car.

Fortunately, the girl only sustained minor injuries and briefly lost consciousness. Deputy Chief Minister Choudhary immediately stepped out of the car to attend to the situation and engage with the protesting students. He assured them that he would convey their concerns to the Education Department and work towards addressing their grievances.

This incident sheds light on the frustration and desperation among students seeking fair opportunities in the education sector. The Deputy Chief Minister’s prompt response and assurance to the students reflect the importance of listening to the voices of young individuals demanding transparency and equal opportunities in the state’s recruitment processes.
