Nitish Kumar to Soon Decide on Seat-Sharing Formula and Cabinet Expansion

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced that seat-sharing talks of the NDA and cabinet expansion will take place soon. Kumar assured, “Seat sharing formula and cabinet expansion will soon take place here. Don’t worry about it. You may get the news in the evening.”

Nitish Kumar received the certificate of MLC at the Bihar assembly on Thursday. All 11 candidates who filed nominations for the MLC election were elected unopposed. Six NDA candidates and five Mahagathbandhan candidates were elected.

Apart from Nitish Kumar, other elected candidates include Abdul Bari Siddiqui (RJD), Mangal Pandey (BJP), Khalid Anwar (JD-U), Shashi Yadav (CPI ML), Urmila Thakur (RJD), Syed Faisal Ali (RJD), Lal Mohan Gupta (BJP), Anamika Singh Patel (BJP), and Santosh Kumar Suman (HAM-S). Rabri Devi’s certificate was collected by Bhola Yadav in her absence.

The cabinet expansion and seat-sharing formula of the NDA are expected to be finalized soon. Nitish Kumar’s assurance at the Bihar assembly reflects the ongoing discussions within the political alliances. Stay tuned for further updates on the developments.
