New Governor of Telangana emphasizes prioritizing the needs of the people

C.P. Radhakrishnan Assumes Office as Telangana Governor

Hyderabad, March 20 (IANS) – C.P. Radhakrishnan has taken charge as the Governor of Telangana, urging all stakeholders to prioritize the needs of the common public. After being sworn in, he expressed gratitude to the people and emphasized collaboration with both Central and state governments.

Radhakrishnan, who also serves as the Governor of Jharkhand, was administered the oath by the Telangana High Court’s Chief Justice Alok Aradhe. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and other officials welcomed him warmly and extended congratulations on his new role.

Having been given additional charge of Telangana and Puducherry, Radhakrishnan succeeds Tamilisai Soundararajan as the third Governor of Telangana since the state’s formation in 2014. His message of unity and transformation based on democratic values has been well-received by observers.
