BJP MLA from Bihar alleges receiving extortion call from Pakistan, lodges FIR

Bihar BJP MLA Pawan Yadav claimed to have received an extortion call from Pakistan on Monday. The caller demanded Rs 50 lakh and issued threats to harm him and his family if the amount is not paid. Yadav filed a written complaint at Kahalgaon police station and informed the DSP about the incident.

He lodged a formal complaint with the local police station and sought the assistance of the DSP to address the threatening situation. The BJP MLA is currently under the police’s protection as the investigation unfolds.
