Do not take comments by Prakash Raj & Kamal Haasan on BJP govt seriously: Pralhad Joshi

Union Minister Pralhad Joshi dismissed the remarks made by actors Prakash Raj and Kamal Haasan against the BJP-led Central government, stating that they should not be taken seriously as both individuals could not win any seats in the elections. Prakash Raj criticized the BJP as “arrogant”, while Kamal Haasan urged the people of Tamil Nadu to reject the BJP.

Joshi emphasized that there was no truth in their remarks, questioning why the BJP would be ruling in many states if there was any validity to their criticism. He described Prakash Raj as a “dissatisfied being” and dismissed his statements as those of a “killjoy”.

The Union Minister also took a dig at the Congress, questioning why they are contesting fewer seats in the Parliamentary elections despite having ruled for a significant period of time in the country’s history. Joshi called out Congress leaders like Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Rahul Gandhi to explain their situation.

In response to Prakash Raj and Kamal Haasan’s comments, Joshi reiterated that their opinions should not hold weight given their lack of support from voters. The Union Minister’s remarks come in the midst of a heated political atmosphere leading up to the upcoming elections.

Overall, Joshi’s dismissal of the actors’ criticism sheds light on the ongoing political dynamics in the country, as parties gear up for the upcoming elections. The reactions from both sides reflect the intense competition and differing perspectives in the political landscape.
