Rashmika Mandanna is known to work in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and lately Hindi movies. Due to her outstanding contribution to acting, she has won SIIMA awards along with Filmfare South Award.
She made her acting debut with “Kirik Party”, a Kannada movie in 2016. Up until now, she has appeared in numerous successful movies including “Geetha Govindam”, “Anjani Putra”, “Bheeshma”, “Pushpa” and “Pogaru”. Recently, she made her Bollywood debut in 2022 with “Goodbye” alongside Amitabh Bachchan.
Coming from a typical middle-class family in Kodava, she always dreamed of becoming an actress. Her father is Madan Mandanna and her mother is Suman Mandanna. She belongs to Virajpet, a town in the Kodagu district of Karnataka.
Talking about her schooling, she has completed her degree in Journalism and English Literature at the M. S. Ramaiah College of Arts, Science, and Commerce in Bangalore.
