Vikas Singh, the lawyer of Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh, has alleged an “obstruction” in the probe into the dying of the late actor. He went on to allege, “So just about you’ll compromise proper? If tomorrow there’s a GST raid or Earnings Tax raid or a CBI raid, or an ED raid and if the state police behave like this, then in the end the beneficiary is the accused.”

Claiming that the developments in the case have “disturbed the household” he claimed that the household is now left with no different choice than to refer the matter to the CBI. Early Tuesday morning, it was reported that Sushant’s father requested the CM of Bihar to ahead the matter to the CBI and the investigations needs to be began at the earliest.

Talking up about the alert SSR’s father gave the Mumbai police again in February, he mentioned, “There was a Whatsapp grievance earlier on 25 February. Now the police is saying that they wished a written report. If we had given them a written report after the dying, the complete case would have gone the different manner. So I’m glad we didn’t give any written report back to them and waited and watched how they will take the probe.”

In his assertion to ANI, Vikas alleged that the Mumbai police was making an attempt to purchase time to “destroy proof”.
