He was introduced to the world as a cute teenage boy who fell in love with a guy in “Call me by your name”. Timothée Chalamet has stopped since then giving hit movies back to back made him one of the most successful actors in Hollywood.
So, when the news came that Timothee chalamet too auditioned for spider man everyone went into frizzy. Although he was one of the many actors who auditioned for Peter Parker. He was eventually shortlisted for the role and but it went to Tom Holland.
In a recent interview, Tom Holland stated he would like to see Timothee chalamet as his nemesis in the next Spider man movie. Although Chalamet did worked with the spider man love interest Zendaya in Dune so seeing him in a negative against spider man would be a lot more interesting.
“I read twice and I left sweating in a total panic”, Timothée told The Hollywood Reporter of his audition. Later if worked for both of them as Tom showed the world he deserved the part with great acting skills.
The Spider-Man: No Way Home actors, both 25, and costar Jacob Batalon told in an interview they could see Chalamet playing a significant role in the franchise in near future.

“I don’t know. People want him to be [Harry] Osborn,” said Zendaya referencing the iconic villain of the franchise Green Goblin, who was portrayed by James Franco and Dane DeHaan in the movie. Zendaya who has previously worked with Chalamet in the Dune movie stated- “I think he would be a good friend of Spider-Man. Or a foe of Spider-Man!”
Holland added, “I think it would be good to bring him in as a [friend] and then he kind of becomes bad, and then he can be a villain. He’d be a good villain.”
“I think so too,” said Zendaya, “which is funny ’cause he’s so nice.” Holland added, “Such a nice bloke, yeah.”
