She is wearing a bright blue lehenga, the embroidery on the lehenga is the highlight of her entire look. Her natural tresses were open, showing her new bob-cut-inspired haircut. 

She was born and brought up in Mumbai to a Dawoodi Bohra family. Her father Tanvir is a businessman while her Tasneem is a housewife. Nushrratt has been working in the Indian film industry for around 10 years now. During her initial days, her films used to bomb the box office, but that didn’t stop her to continue her hard work and achieve what is always desired. Today she comes among the well-established actress working in Bollywood. 

Earlier she used to work in a talent management firm, that is how she got her first acting gig. She first appeared in ‘Kittie Party’ Zee TV’s popular show. But due to an unknown reason, she was removed from the show. The show also featured Maya Alagh, Poonam Dhillon, and Shweta Salve. 

Well, many would think she first appeared in ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ or ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha’. But she made her hush-hush debut in 2006 in the mythological series ‘Jai Santoshi Maa’ alongside actor Raqesh Bapat.

Nushrratt Bharuccha was among the few actresses who auditioned for the Hollywood film ‘Slumdog Millionaire. Although she got rejected because of her beautiful looks. Producers thought she is too good to play the role of a regular girl living in the slums.
