मेरा नाम…..है. मैं कक्षा… में अध्ययन करता हूं। आज हम सभी “गुरु पूर्णिमा पर्व” मनाने के लिए यहाँ एकत्रित हुए हैं। यह पर्व हिन्दू पंचांग के अनुसार आषाढ (जून- जुलाई) के शुक्ल पक्ष की पूर्णिमा को मनाया जाता है। इस अवसर पर मैं एक भाषण प्रस्तुत कर रहा हूँ। “गुरु पूर्णिमा पर्व” नेपाल में मुख्य रूप से हिन्दू, बुद्ध और जैन धर्म के लोग मनाते है। इस दिन गुरुओ, शिक्षको की पूजा और सम्मान किया जाता है। यह पर्व वर्षा ऋतु की शुरुवात में मनाया जाता है। इस समय तापमान बहुत ही अनुकूल रहता है। सभी का पढ़ने में बहुत मन लगता है। यह दिन महाभारत ग्रंथ के रचयिता महर्षि वेद व्यास के जन्मदिवस के रूप में भी मनाते है। इनको सम्पूर्ण मानव जाति का गुरु माना जाता था। गुरु पूर्णिमा के दिन ही संत कबीर के शिष्य संत घीसादास का जन्मदिवस भी मनाया जाता है। इस दिन ही भगवान गौतम बुद्ध ने सारनाथ में अपना पहला उपदेश दिया था। इस दिन ही भगवान शिव ने सप्तऋषियो को योग का ज्ञान दिया था और प्रथम गुरु बने थे।

महान संत कबीरदास ने गुरु के महत्व को इस तरह बताया है-
गुरू गोविन्द दोऊ खङे का के लागु पाँव,
बलिहारी गुरू आपने गोविन्द दियो बताय।
अर्थात यदि भगवान और गुरु दोनों सामने खड़े हो तो मुझे गुरु के चरण पहले छूना चाहिये क्यूंकि उसने ही ईश्वर का बोध करवाया है। सिख धर्म में गुरु का विशेष महत्व है क्यूंकि इस धर्म के लोग 10 सिख गुरु की पूजा करते है। उनके बताये मार्ग पर चलते है। हमारे देश में हर साल 5 सितम्बर को “शिक्षक दिवस” मनाया जाता है, जिसमे गुरू का सम्मान किया जाता है। इस दिन स्कूल, कॉलेजों में गुरुओ, शिक्षकों को सम्मानित किया जाता है। उनके सम्मान में सभी लोग भाषण देते है, गायन, नाटक, चित्र, व अन्य प्रतियोगितायें आयोजित की जाती है। पुराने विदार्थी स्कूल, कॉलेज में आकर अपने गुरुजन को उपहार भेंट करते है और उनका आशीर्वाद लेते है। नेपाल में “गुरु पूर्णिमा” का पर्व गुहा पूर्णिमा के रूप में मनाते है। छात्र अपने गुरु को स्वादिस्ट व्यंजन, फूल मालाएं, विशेष रूप से बनाई गयी टोपी पहनाकर गुरु का स्वागत करते है। स्कूल में गुरु की मेहनत को प्रदर्शित करने के लिए मेलो का आयोजन किया जाता है।

इस दिवस को मनाकर गुरु-शिष्य का रिश्ता और भी मजबूत हो जाता है। स्कूल, कॉलेज की शिक्षा के बाद हम सभी को गुरु (टीचर्स) की बहुत जरूरत पड़ती है। विद्यार्थी किस क्षेत्र में अपना कैरियर बनाये इसे पता करना बहुत कठिन होता है। अनेक विकल्प होते है पर कौन सा विकल्प सही है इसका अनुमान करना बहुत कठिन होता है। प्रशासनिक परीक्षा की तैयारी करे, इंजीनियरिंग करे, डॉक्टर बने या आई टी सेक्टर में कोर्स करे। होटल मैनजेमेंट करे या एमबीए (MBA) करे। सेना में जाये या बैंकिंग, SSC, रेलवे, शिक्षक, वकालत जैसा कोर्स करे। कई बार विद्दार्थी बहुत दुविधा में रहते है की कौन सा कोर्स करे। ऐसे में गुरु (टीचर्स) ही हमारी योग्यताओ के अनुसार काउंसलिंग करते है। आजकल यह बहुत प्रसिद्ध हो गया है। अनेक प्राइवेट संस्थाये बच्चो का टेस्ट और रूचि, रुझान देखकर बताती है की हमे किस कोर्स को करना चाहिये। इसलिए गुरु की जरूरत हमे करियर बनाने में बहुत पड़ती है। इतना ही नही गुरु जीवन भर सही रास्ता दिखाता रहता है।

आज देश में श्री श्री रविशंकर, ओशो, जयगुरुदेव, मोरारजी बापू, बाबा रामदेव जैसे अनेक गुरु है जो समाज कल्याण का काम कर रहे है। आज का समाज अनेक समस्याओं से जूझ रहा है। देश में आतंकवाद, भ्रष्टाचार, अपराध, दूषित मनोवृति, महिलाओं और बच्चियों के साथ दुष्कर्म, छेड़छाड़ अपराध, बलात्कार जैसी घटनाये बढ़ रही है। इसका कही न कही संकेत है की लोग भटक गये है। दूषित अपराधिक मन का शिकार बनकर ऐसे अपराध कर रहे है। ऐसी में अत्यात्मिक गुरु हमे सही राह दिखाते है। श्री श्री रविशंकर लोगो को सुदर्शन क्रिया द्वारा तनाव मुक्त होना सिखाते है।
