Mohit Pandey, born on November 10, 2002, in Belhaura, Sitapur, embarked on a spiritual journey influenced by his uncle, well-versed in Vedas. Under his uncle’s guidance, Mohit pursued education at the revered Ved Vidyalaya of Shri Dudheshwar Nath Temple, a prominent spiritual institution in Ghaziabad, near Delhi. His education spanned seven years in Eclipse Ritual and included an in-depth study of Samveda. Furthering his knowledge, Mohit completed his education at Venkateswara Vedic School in Tirupati.

Path to Priesthood

Having honed his skills in the Eclipse Ritual for seven years, Mohit Pandey applied for the position of a priest at the Ram Mandir. Out of 3000 aspirants, Mohit’s qualifications, unwavering commitment, and devotion set him apart. His selection marked the beginning of a six-month training period under the guidance of experienced priests and authorities.

Mohit Pandey’s selection as a Pujari involves rigorous training, including practices like Trikaal Sandhya. The Ram Mandir Trust has already initiated training for 24 priests, each receiving a monthly allowance of Rs 2000 for six months.
