A surprising case has come to light in Budgam, Jammu and Kashmir. An En Caul has born in the district hospital there, which also known as Mermaid/veiled birth.
Let us tell you, An en caul birth is a rare event where a baby is born still inside an intact amniotic sac. The sac balloons out at birth, with the child remaining inside of the unbroken or partially broken membrane.
According to local reports, both the mother and the Baby are doing well without postpartum complications.

The Director of Health Services of Kashmir, Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Rather has appreciated the good work done by the team of doctors and complimented them for performing this rare surgery with no complications.
Rather further said – He expressed that the immense amount of talent pool is available with the DHS Kashmir to excel and contribute in challenging conditions.
