Watch Viral Noida Video: Woman Lawyer Bhavya Roy Abused and Hit a Security Guard, FIR registered against her

An online video from noida has surfaced on social media which shows a woman (Bhavya Roy) beating severely and insulting security guards near a housing community, ‘Jaypee Group Wish Town society’ has been reported to the Uttar Pradesh Police. Bhavya Roy, the lawyer, has been detained by Noida after the FIR was filed against her.

This news has been confirmed by ADC Ashutosh Dwivedi. A strong case has been registered by the Cops under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, like Section 506, section 323 along with Section 504 against Bhavya Roy.

This heart-wrenching video got viral on Sunday. Various netizens who saw the video and got to know about the news asked and kept their demands in front of the administration and authorities to take strict actions against the woman, Bhavya Roy. As per the netizens, This incident is a perfect example of gender discrimination, wherein the camera, the lady lawyer Bhavya Roy could be spotted verbally abusing, beating recklessly, and physically assaulting a security guard in Noida at a housing community.

It can be inferred from the clip that, the woman belongs to a privileged background. She is a lawyer by profession and hails from a well-reputed firm. She became furious because the guards opened the gate a bit late. Bhavya Roy could be spotted shouting, “Learn to respect woman” at the guards. She even could be spotted abusing them by calling ‘Biharis’ in the video. After grabbing the guard by the collar, she struck him as well.

‘VIP Treatment’ from Police to Bhavya Roy

Not only this, Bhavya Roy could be seen given “VIP treatment” by the cops at the time of the arrest. She smiled and hesitated to answer any journalists and reporters. However, according to the victim, this is not the first time, Bhavya Roy behaved like this, but it happened earlier also.

Talking about the incident, the guard who was assaulted said the woman started to abuse him by pulling the window down, and when he requested her not to abuse him as he had already opened the gate, she got offended, got out of the car, and started abusing him more. The guard also claimed that the woman had behaved like this earlier also.
